Half-anything (half-elf, half-orc, etc)

Dwarves and elves have laid with humans to create half-elves and half-dwarves. These people are typically accepted by both parent cultures. A rare person of elf and dwarven heritage would be met with great hostility from both dwarf and elvenkind, as well as anyone with orcish heritage.
