Hellan is the western most island of the Isandor-Hellan chain. The inhabitants of Hellan are the sun elves, dark elves, wood elves, humans, dwarves, dark dwarves, and halflings.
Hellan in present day is far more habitable than it's sister island, Isandor. However in the past, Isandor was more of a paradise.
